The featured products on this page do not require refrigeration and are shelf stable for over a year.  We offer fresh refrigerated  vacuum packed  Smoked Salmon for western Washington delivery due to the refrigeration requirements. All of our Sockeye salmon is wild caught  brined in wine and sea salt then smoked using a blend of Alder and Apple woods. 

   
Our Smoked Sockeye Salmon is a great gift from the northwest, ships well and does not need to be refigerated until opened.
